Efficient Trenchless Technology Solutions

Bellemore Pipe Relining, uses trenchless technology, a modern and non-invasive method for installing, repairing, or replacing pipes without extensive digging or disruption to the surrounding area. This innovative approach minimizes the need for excavation, making it ideal for projects in areas with landscaping, driveways, or roads that need to remain intact.

With specialized equipment, trenchless methods can insert new pipes or rehabilitate existing ones with precision, often in a fraction of the time it would take with traditional digging methods. Whether for sewer lines, water pipes, or storm drains, trenchless technology offers a faster, more cost-effective, and less disruptive alternative to conventional pipe repair and replacement. It's an ideal solution for homeowners, municipalities, and contractors seeking efficient, long-lasting results.

Transform Your Pipes: Durable UV Lining for Lasting Protection!

UV pipe lining, also known as ultraviolet pipe lining, is an innovative trenchless approach to pipe repair that utilizes UV light to effectively cure resin inside damaged pipes. This advanced technique not only minimizes the disruption typically associated with traditional excavation methods but also promotes a faster and more efficient repair process. By employing specialized equipment to deliver UV light, the resin hardens quickly, creating a durable and seamless lining that restores the integrity of the existing pipe infrastructure. This method is particularly advantageous in urban settings where surface disruption can lead to significant logistical challenges.

The Perks of Trenchless Technology

Trenchless technology is essential for those looking to maintain the integrity of their landscape and infrastructure while upgrading or repairing pipe systems. This innovative method offers several advantages over traditional digging techniques:

  • Minimizes the need for excavation
  • Ideal for projects with landscaping or driveways
  • Preserves roads and other surrounding areas
  • Uses specialized equipment for precision
  • Completes projects in a fraction of the time
  • Cost-effective and less disruptive

Short Spray Line Before & After

Spray Lining (A.K.A. SIPP - Spray-In-Place Pipe)

This process is a non-structural coating that we apply to the inside of the pipe after we thoroughly clean it. While it is not as robust a liner solution as our CIPP process (explanation below), it is easier to install and hence comes at a lower price point. Once the pipe is cleaned and the spray liner is applied, it seals the pipe from exterior elements' ingress as well as leaves the bore of the pipe with a smooth surface that promotes flow.

UV-CIPP Before & After

UV-Cured CIPP Lining (A.K.A. Cured-In-Place Pipe)

This process is more robust than the SIPP process above. This process has many more variables to contend with, but offers much more in the way of adding structural integrity to a failing "host" pipe. There are too many facets to really explain on our website, but the premise is that we install a contiguous piece of liner material (that can vary in thickness and composition) that is inundated with a special, UV-light-sensitive resin. We have the capacity to either invert or "shoot" the liner into the "host" pipe using air, or we can use a pull-in-place method, which is just like it sounds... pulled into place. Once the liner is in place, we inflate the liner to conform to the inside diameter of the host pipe. Once inflated, we insert our UV curing light system into the liner. The super intense UV light cures the resin in minutes, leaving the customer a brand-new, seamless, and slippery pipe within their failing existing pipe. In many (but not all) instances, we can perform the installation without ever touching a shovel. We have the capacity to install CIPP liners from 3-inch all the way up to 30-inch diameter pipes.

Short Point Repair

Sectional Point Repair

This process is similar to the CIPP lining above, but instead of installing a liner throughout the whole failing host pipe, we can install a sectional point repair or "patch". This is a cost-effective solution.
